Tips: you should use a headband or some clips for your hair, this is when you do the make up on because it's kind of so messy & easy you see what you're doing on your face.

Your morning schedule sounds very much like mine....I wake up very early..3:30 and often just stay in bed till around 5:00 , thinking I might get a little more rest . That usually doesn't happen. I recently saw that "jumpsuit" at Target and thought it was really cute, but I was worried I'd get too hot in it since we live in an area that often gets pretty humid in the summer. It looks so good on you !!!

When I went on a ketogenic diet because I had become pre-diabetic, I asked my family doctor for a referral to a metabolic clinic headed by a nephrologist and obesity/diabetes specialist, Dr. Jason Fung., MD. Going keto gave me constipation. I complained about it in a therapy session and was advised to supplement with a magnesium citrate powder call Calm. The instruction was to start small (1/2 tsp) and gradually increase the dosage until I start to get diarrhea and then cut back. My ideal dosage is 1 1/2 tsp dissolved in a glass of water daily. It worked like a miracle.

I love sun hats so much that I wear mine all day at the beach, at the park, and I started gardening a couple years ago and I wear it out in the garden. I even wear it on cloudy, overcast grey days, as weird as that sounds. I just love the look of it so much, I'm not going to let clouds stop me from wearing my beloved sun hat (I even leave it on after sunset, as long as I'm still at the beach, it stays on my head). Thin people, especially women, and middle aged, would have too little muscle and may also loosing muscle. Muscle cells are needed to breakdown glucose using insulin. Eat more protein and increase weight-bearing excise.

Cool gadgets, how does it work on cleaning windows in the house, I have lots of tall windows and patio glass doors, I can’t do them anymore, I was using a bucket of water with a pinch of dawn with a squeegee, hurts my back and with the pollen here in TX it needs to be done. Had someone give me an estimate to do inside and outside of the house for $350, I’m about to schedule them.

Sorry to hear of your health issues and praying for relief and healing. Ok, I don't do snakes either. Need to know how to keep those things away. I moved 5 years ago and understand exactly how difficult that is at our age. I've faced some of the same troubles in the new house. It just never ends. I love the beach too but haven't been in 6 years. I think the smell of the ocean is just intoxicating. ! Thanks for the suggestion of this scent. I haven't been able to find a scent that I really like , as an older woman I am always afraid I'll end up with a scent that is too heavy and off putting. Have a lovely weekend Marla!

1:28 Hi Marla, slightly off topic but how is the pregabalin working for you? I'm currently reducing my dose and it is severely impacting my sleep quality.....do you have this issue at all? I'm going to stick to my current dose until my sleep quality becomes more stable. Do you like the pregabalin? Do you intend to stay on it indefinitely? I'll have to if sleep continues to be effected by the withdrawals. I do regret starting this medication if I'm honest. I'm looking for other pain meds as this one is too strong on the effects of withdrawing effecting sleep quality unless I am unable to get off safely I'm stuck on it. Hoping for some positive feedback as I am feeling very disillusioned right now 😢 Btw you look great as always xx
